Usage Tips: These remedies work both through fragrance and through absorption, so be sure to be able to smell the oils (by putting a small amount under your nose) and to maximize skin contact by rubbing the oils over pressure points where the skin is thin, e.g. forehead, wrists and back of neck. Like most remedies, these work best either as prevention, if possible, or at the first sign of symptoms.
