Usage Tips: This remedy works both through fragrance and through absorption, so be sure to be able to smell the oils (by putting a small amount under your nose) and to maximize skin contact by rubbing the oils over pressure points where the skin is thin. For this one, we tend to rub under the nose, between the eyebrows and across the cheekbones (avoiding the eye area). Like most remedies, this works best either as prevention, if possible, or at the first sign of symptoms.
